This question comes up almost daily. Here’s the short answer- no. You would never believe the variability of what people describe over the phone and what actually walks in our door. We would never risk your pet’s welfare by not confirming with a physical examination the seriousness of what is wrong with your pet. Additionally, it is illegal for us to diagnose or prescribe over the phone for a pet we have not examined.
